Ludovisi Luxury Rooms is a fine place, and we were comfortable here, but it is definitely not luxurious, so the name is inappropriate and misleading. The building is nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is good. Also, don’t confuse it with Ludovisi Palace Hotel.

The hotel was absolutely fine as a base. Just a room, comfortable with no tea or coffee, but ho hum. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it's in a good location with restaurants and bars nearby. I would us it again, as a base. You'll find better, but then you'll pay a premium. These guys are good value. Little tip. Watch the bar owner immediately next door. He blatantly stitched up my wife for 6e the absolute t**t.

We stayed in this apartments during 5 days. They are new, clean and rather spacious. Really liked personnel - very polite and welcoming. The surrounding is also nice - calm, center can be reached on foot. But be prepared that it is a usual old house - so walls are thin - we have heard the neighbors sometimes.

Thinking this to be a four star we could not believe the size of the rooms the bathroom was a joke you could not swing a cat in it and was permanently awash with water a real let down staff very helpful but what can they do not much it reminded me of a railway station

Would you like to spend a winter night outdoors, next to a bar full of drunk men? How would you feel having paid in advance for a ...luxury room in a hotel and find a locked gate at a block of flats without any hotel reception? How would you like to meet a hotelier who instead of apologizing for having disappeared, considers you responsible for your trouble because your .... intercontinental flight delayed? How would you feel having paid for a luxury accommodation near the famous Via Veneto and the hotelier makes you the ....favour to send you to another hotel outside Rome?
